Take a tour of some of our work ...
Our portfolio shows just a small sample of some of the work we do...
The Novotny House is a circa 1750s farmhouse located in Horsham Township that the Horsham Preservation and Historical Association, CD Kaller, and others helped save from the wrecking ball. Curt Kaller later purchased the home and CD Kaller Inc did a complete restoration including a new Cedar Shake Roof, new energy efficient but historically accurate Marvin Windows, and much more.
This home is now a private residence.. Read more about the Novotny House and how CD Kaller restored and saved this beautiful colonial era home!
Penrose Strawbridge House
The Penrose Strawbridge House is another colonial era gem also located in Horsham Township that CD Kaller has been very involved with restoring. The central portion of this home dates back to 1721 with major additions that began in 1810. The house, now owned by Horsham Township, fell into disrepair in the late 1900s and in the early 2000s was leased to the Horsham Preservation and Historical Association for restoration.
CD Kaller has been involved with the restoration of the Penrose Strawbridge House since it started. Some the work we've done includes replacing a pent roof, replacing windows and sills, stucco and masonry repairs and more.

The work we did included repairing or replacing much of the exterior woodwork, replacing the stucco, repainting the exterior and adding new gutters.
